A graduate of the Chornomorets Academy, where he trained under Coach S.V. Matyukhin (as well as A.V. Ushchapovskyi and K.O. Balabanov).

At the start of the full-scale invasion, he volunteered, delivering humanitarian aid from western Ukraine to frontline areas. Despite having undergone heart surgery and possessing a white ticket (exemption from military service), he later joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine — serving unofficially for six months without a formal contract.

Eventually, he was officially enlisted into the Kraken unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (GUR MO), where he served as a mortar operator.

He was killed in action on January 23, 2023, in a trench near Bakhmut, in the village of Blahodatne, as a result of an artillery strike.

He was posthumously awarded:
