Dmytro Binkovskiy was born in Kamianets-Podilskyi. He graduated from the local lyceum with advanced military-physical training and later from Podilsk State Agrarian Technical University. Dmytro led an active lifestyle and was a goalkeeper for the local football team. During the war, he served as a scout and was killed on January 13, 2023, near Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast, fulfilling his duty to defend his homeland.
