Vsevolod Bodun was born on December 30, 1980, in Borzna, Chernihiv region. He studied at Borzna Secondary School and later attended a specialized class at the Youth Sports School “Yunyst” in Chernihiv. He received higher education at the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” and subsequently studied at the National University “Chernihiv Collegium.”

Passionate about sports, Vsevolod played for the veterans’ team of Chernihiv’s “Desna.”

From February 2019, he worked as a coach-lecturer at the specialized children’s and youth football school of Olympic reserve “Yunyst.”

At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he actively volunteered and, together with friends, helped evacuate civilians.

Following the de-occupation of Chernihiv region, he returned to coaching, and at the end of 2022, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

He served as a platoon commander of fire support in one of the units of military unit A4355.

Vsevolod was killed on November 16, 2023, while performing a combat mission in the Donetsk direction.
